the faith

expectancy in our minds is the cause of everything that happens in our lives both good and bad.

our inner attitude of expectancy and the outer results always match each other exactly

how many times do we say, "I knew that would happen!" when something disastrous befalls us? and when something good happens, how often do we say, "I just knew that would come true."?

what we expect always happens.

as we learn to discipline our minds, our job is to be sure that what we are expecting is what we want to experience.

is it crazy to believe that when we look for the best in everything and in every situation, we tend to find it!?

try loosing yourself in your thoughts and focusing on minimizing the negative aspects of a situation and multiplying the good ones. by practicing this exercise, we gain and we grow.

here's a goofy way of getting into it:

whenever your phone rings, no matter how disturbing it may be, simply say: "I wonder who is calling me with good news?"

Belief in oneself is the bedrock of genuine spiritual progression.

while we may articulate our desires for enlightenment and growth,

it's the unwavering belief in our intrinsic worth and potential that pushes us forward!

spiritual path's aren't linear, nor are they always clear.

but by firmly anchoring ourselves in self-belief, we ensure that each step taken is purposeful, every challenge faced becomes a lesson, and every blessing is deeply cherished.
